Introducing the Summer week long workshop! 
 
This workshop takes you through the whole process of throwing, trimming and glazing, all in less than a week. It takes place Monday to Saturday from June 29th until July 4th, where we will open the kiln together and you'll get to see the finished results.
 
The workshop is open to all levels- whether you are a beginner or want to improve your skills on the wheel, you are welcome to join! 
In the beginning of the week I will start with introducing you to the technique and we will practice the basics. As the week follows, I will take you through various shapes like a bowl and how to make pieces with a neck. 
 
Later in the week we will be trimming our pieces before they go into the first firing (the bisque firing), to be ready for glazing on Friday! 
 
Practical information about the workshop:
 
All materials are included- finishing 4 pieces by the end of the week
Lunch will be provided
Cleaning starts about 20 minutes before course ending
Language: Norwegian/Danish and/or English
Location: C.F Richs Vej 101D, basement
 
Monday: Introduction to the technique, cylinder and bowls (9-14) 
Tuesday: Introduction to pieces with a neck (9-14)
Wednesday: Introduction to trimming and continue throwing (9-14)
Thursday: Trimming (9-14)
Friday: Glazing (11-14)
Saturday: Kiln opening (13:30-15)
 
A minimum of four participants is required for the workshop to run. The total number of participants possible is 6.

Bookings can be refunded within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, your booking is binding, even if you miss one or both days of the course. If a class is cancelled by the studio, you’ll receive a voucher for a future course. Please note that no refunds are given beyond the initial 24-hour window.
